In May 1995, under the slogan "Medicine of the 21st century- medicine as the art of treatment”, the VII International Scientific Symposium was held in Warsaw, honored by the presence of Nobel laureates in the field of medicine and physiology: prof. John Robert Vane from England and prof. Bert Sekmann from Germany. At the same time, the scientific work "Dialogue and Universalism”, published by the Polish Academy of Sciences, was presented. One of the chapters read by dr. n.med. Zygmunt Filipowicz, head of the clinic of the Ministry of Health in Konstancin, was devoted to the phenomenon of Tadeusz Cegliński, who participated in the symposium as an invited guest.
