The fame about Tadeusz Cegliński’s achievments went beyond the borders of the Federal Republic of Germany. There were radio broadcasts about the Cegliński’s phenomenon. The press in Poland began to write extensively about his successes. Due to the popularity and press articles, Tadeusz Cegliński was invited in 1987 by the Chairman of the Council of State, General Wojciech Jaruzelski, to the Royal Castle in Warsaw as one of a hundred Poles who fame Poland’s name abroad.

During his stay in Poland, two exceptional personalities met: well-known Tadeusz Cegliński, and the doctor of medical sciences, surgeon Krzysztof Wasilewski, a young scientist with an open mind, also to the UNEXPLAINABLE. Doctor Krzysztof Wasilewski, who is a vascular surgeon, introduced Tadeusz Cegliński to the medical research community in Poland. Thanks to him, the community became interested in the skills of Tadeusz Cegliński. This allowed for the continuation of numerous research and experiments in Poland; in the Central Clinical Hospital; the Provincial Pain Treatment Clinic and the Department of Physical Chemistry of the University of Silesia in Katowice which aimed at trying to explain the gift of his healing ability.
The German media became interested in these meetings, thanks to which we can follow Tadeusz Cegliński’s further "road to credibility”.
A rich collection of press articles is to be found in his private archive.
Working at the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery in a clinical hospital in Katowice, doctor Krzysztof Wasilewski, who was an assistant professor at the Medical University of Silesia, drew attention to the achievements of Tadeusz Cegliński, and interested his mentor, Vice-Rector of Clinical Affairs at the Medical University of Silesia, prof. dr. hab. n. med. Zygmunt Górka in these remarkable achievements. In September 1990, after establishing contact with Professor Günter Wiegelmann, Professor Górka expressed his readiness to continue research on the phenomenon of Tadeusz Cegliński’s body in Poland. |

Doctor Wasilewski initiated unprecedented studies of the impact of Tadeusz Cegliński’s touch on a substance which, according to scientific knowledge, "has no psyche”, namely on water. Among other things, on September 14, 1990, laboratory tests at the University of Silesia showed that, when touched by Tadeusz Cegliński’s hands, the distilled water in the vessels changed its physicochemical properties, a marked increase in heating speed, and a change in pH and conductivity were found. The research was carried out and signed with authority of prof. dr hab. Stefan Ernst, a scientist dealing with thermodynamics and molecular acoustics in the study of liquids. The results of chemical-physical tests confirm that the influence of Tadeusz Cegliński’s energy is not based on the use of the psychological influence of suggestion, which excludes the placebo effect in the conducted therapies. This is an indisputable proof that Tadeusz Cegliński’s touch has an effect regardless of whether someone believes in its effectiveness or not.

Due to many coincidents and events, Tadeusz Cegliński settled in Poland in 1991, to start his activity in the Centrum Terapii Naturalnej [Natural Therapy Center] in Tychy in May that year. At the same time, he continued to futher verify his healing gift.
The beginning of the nineties is a whole cycle of research on the phenomenon of Tadeusz Cegliński, conducted in cooperation and with the great commitment of Dr. Krzysztof Wasilewski, who has been working in Dubai for many years, and therefore he is a valued, outstanding surgeon there, introducing innovative methods of treating vascular diseases.
Collaboration on such a fascinating issue, as is explaining the unexplainable, meant that Tadeusz Cegliński and Dr. Wasilewski continued to maintain contacts by following each other’s achievements and meeting, both in Dubai and in Poland.
